Expectations and Holiday Stress

As we are caught up in the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, I want to share part of the conversation from our last monthly Making Peace with Anger gathering where the topic was “Handling Holiday Stress”.

When we asked the participants to describe what holiday stress looks like for them, some of the words they used were: loneliness, confusion, being Jewish in a Christian society, expenses, juggling family relationships, time management and anxiety.
