About Our Clients

At Anger Alternatives our clients are people who want to change their behavior and discover and accept their personal power.
We work with individual men and woman, adolescents, couples and families who want to make positive changes in their anger-related behavior.
We train professionals working with clients with anger related behavior.
In all of our trainings, by using Response Training© (RT©) and Passive Assertive Framework© (PAF©), we teach tools to:
- Learn to not react to the anger you feel
- Separate anger feelings from anger related behavior
- Stop anger from controlling you
- Identify the triggers for your anger
- Identify your personal wants and needs
- Establish your own limits and boundaries
- Learn to take reasonable and appropriate risks
- Accept accountability and responsibility for your actions
